52nd Annual Provincial Volunteer Awards

Nova Scotia’s 52nd Annual Provincial Volunteer Awards will bring communities together in Halifax on September 28, 2026, to celebrate the people whose generosity, compassion and dedication help make the province a better place. The ceremony will recognize outstanding volunteers selected by municipalities and Mi’kmaw communities throughout Nova Scotia, highlighting the many ways individuals, families, groups and organizations support their neighbours and strengthen community life. More than 410,000 Nova Scotians volunteer annually, contributing almost 79 million hours of service. Tickets
